Fendi Timepieces Unveils the New Policromia Pink Opal

Enhanced with diamonds, pink mother-of-pearl and pink opal, the Policromia Pink Opal is the new watch created to enrich the iconic Policromia Watch Collection. Designed in collaboration with Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the Policromia Pink Opal reimagines asymmetries in a palette of pastel shades and precious materials.

Revealing time with creativity and sophistication Distinguished by its versatile architecture and distinctive shaped case, the iconic Policromia Collection is enriched with new versions featuring a surprising combination of 18 Kt rose gold, white diamonds, pink mother-of-pearl and pink opal.

The play of geometries and overlapping surfaces on the case and dial defines Policromia’s aesthetics, recalling Rome and its eternal magnetism. Set with brilliant cut diamonds, the Policromia Pink Opal pays homage to the Palazzo Della Civiltà Italiana, FENDI HQ in Rome, with its arches allowing the light to pass through. Adorned with iridescent mother-of-pearl and pink opal inserts, the timepiece exudes a hypnotic power.

A precious jewel embracing the wrist, the Policromia Pink Opal comes in 33 mm or 38 mm case. Set on a pink genuine alligator strap, the watch is a tribute to the FENDI highest craftsmanship and savoir-faire.

Sophisticated with its unique aesthetics, this new timepiece blends watchmaking and high-jewellery in an elegant and unique mix.

About Policromia

The iconic Policromia Watch Collection, presented for the first time in 2016, was designed in collaboration with Delfina Delettrez Fendi, the globally renowned jewelry designer and 4th generation of the FENDI family. The name Policromia origins from the Greek words poly (multiple) and khrôma (colors), embodying the idea of several colors together, with a mystic
reminder to a surreal Goddess living in a far world. Its unique design is inspired by the architectural structure of the city of Rome and its streets, the viae of the Roman Empire. Each Policromia timepiece is adorned with precious genuine stones, representing one of the signatures of Delfina Delettrez’s universe. A combination of colors on different surfaces, multiple

About Delfina Delettrez Fendi

Delfina founded her company, Delfina Delettrez in 2007, based in Rome. Since the inception of her brand, she has developed a signature perspective using a wide repertoire of materials, highlighted in her use of surrealist and natural iconography including hands, eyes, bees, and lips. Her boutiques are located in Rome in via del Governo Vecchio and in Mount Street in London. Delfina has collaborated with FENDI for the first time on the Spring/Summer 2014 Jewelry collection called Furrytale and then on the Fall/Winter 2014-2015 Jewelry collection Moon Dust.
